About me

Strategic HR Partner & Business Coach

I am Orsolya Rajkai-Papp, a seasoned HR professional and certified Business and Executive Coach who bridges strategy and execution. I don't advise from the outside — I work from the inside, thinking with your leadership and moving with your team.

Analytical by nature, direct in communication — and genuinely convinced that helping others grow is the most meaningful work there is.

After 15+ years in senior HR roles at multinationals like Diageo, Citibank, and most recently Emerson, I made a deliberate choice: to bring that depth of experience to SMEs, startups, and individuals who are ready for the same quality of thinking. I work in Hungarian, English and Spanish — and having lived in Spain, I bring a multicultural perspective to everything I do.

AI is part of how I work — from HR analytics to ensuring every engagement delivers maximum value for your business. But in coaching, it goes deeper: AI helps me identify patterns beneath the surface, connections that might otherwise take months to emerge. Every session is more focused, more intentional — and entirely about you.
